Rugs USA

What Rugs USA Actually Sells

The core product is rugs, with over 137 options spanning multiple styles, materials, and sizes. The store also sells rug pads, which protect both your floors and the rug itself. An often-overlooked feature is the swatch program—over 100 swatches are available—letting you order samples before placing a full order. This matters because rug color and texture depend heavily on your room's lighting, and many shoppers have learned the hard way that online photos don't always match reality. The swatch approach is practical if you're torn between options. Rug pads come in a limited selection (6 items), so options there are narrower, but if you need grip and protection, they're available. The product range suggests this is a destination for rug-focused shoppers rather than a general home décor store.

What stands out

• Wide price range from budget-friendly to luxury pieces
• Swatch program lets you preview colors and textures first

Worth knowing

• Limited rug pad selection with only 6 options
• Online photos may not match in-home lighting and appearance

Is the swatch program worth the cost?

Yes, if you're uncertain about color or material. The cost is typically credited toward a full rug purchase, so you're essentially getting a free preview. Avoid it only if you already know exactly what you want.

What's the typical delivery time for rugs?
