Who Shops at Tistaminis

Tistaminis caters to Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar players, from beginners building their first army to experienced hobbyists restocking paints and specialty supplies. The store's focus on Games Workshop models and a curated selection of hobby paints makes it most relevant for tabletop gamers who want to avoid shipping delays and access local inventory in the Hamilton, Ontario area. Whether you're chasing a pre-order release or hunting clearance deals on older sets, the shop positions itself as a low-price alternative to big retailers, with a physical location at 162 Parkdale Ave North that doubles as a browsing destination for local customers. The range of price points—CAD 10 entry-level supplies to CAD 80 flagship sets—means both casual players and serious collectors can find something within budget. The store's emphasis on new and used stock suggests flexibility for budget-conscious shoppers who don't mind older inventory or open-box models.

Product Lines and Inventory

The core offering is Games Workshop models across the Warhammer 40,000 and Age of Sigmar product lines, with featured stock including Space Marines sets like the Outrider Squad (CAD 69.70) and Captain on Bike (CAD 61.20) available for pre-order. Beyond models, Tistaminis stocks hobby paints and supplies described as suitable for all project needs—though the site does not break down specific paint brands or supply categories in detail. The store also maintains a clearance section with marked-down items, suggesting regular inventory turnover and rotating deals on overstock or seasonal releases. Used models are available alongside new stock, expanding choice for players hunting specific older kits or looking to save on assembly-heavy sets. The pre-order program indicates access to upcoming Games Workshop releases, which appeals to collectors timing their purchases around new faction drops or limited editions. Inventory depth across 250+ listed products suggests breadth in both model ranges and supporting supplies, though exact category breakdowns are not detailed on their site.
